Delon A. Sandmire, Jr., 84, of Ronald, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 12, 2020 with his loving wife Sandi by his side. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Cle Elum Eagles.
Delon was born February 18, 1935 in Chehalis, WA. His passion was riding motorcycles. He joined the Seattle Cossack Motorcycle Stunt Team in 1979. He and Sandi enjoyed many wonderful trips throughout the US on their Harley. Delon was a fun-loving man with a great sense of humor & loved to tell stories to anyone who would listen. During his lifetime, he held many jobs but most recent was truck driving & then motorcycle escort. In 2014, he & Sandi retired in Ronald, WA.
He is survived by his wife Sandi, son Kurt, daughter Kristy (White) & Kim (Murdock), many grandchildren & great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Cascade Funeral Home of Cle Elum has been entrusted with caring for Delon's family.
