Desiree Sparling

On November 14th, 2017, at age 54, Desiree Sparling went to be with our Lord.

She was born in Coos Bay, Oregon, on January 31st, 1963 to Doug Glover and Ruth Barnum. She attended school in Yakima, WA and then went on to acquire her registered nurse license from Yakima Valley Community College. Desiree absolutely insisted on enjoying life, her passions included: traveling, scuba diving, music and friends. She had an immense love for her family, and being a grandmother was her greatest joy in life. She was at her happiest when she was spending time with her 3 children and 5 grandchildren: Parker, Emmett, Gage, Mark and Ali.

She was preceded in death by Karol Glover. Desiree is survived by her father Doug Glover and mother Ruth Barnum, as well as sister Kim, brother Kerry, sister Lena, sister Adrian; children Brandon, Ciara and Jack; and her grandchildren Parker, Emmett, Layla, Mark, Ali and Gage. Steward and Williams Funeral Home & Crematory of Ellensburg has been entrusted with caring for Desiree's family.
